Salvage Services
We help contractors and demolition companies reduce their costs and improve their reputation for environmental responsibility. The RE Store saves contractors money by getting unwanted materials out of their way quickly without disposal or labor costs. In most cases we can offer a tax receipt for donation of materials, and we occasionally will pay for prime salvage contracts.
We pride ourselves on customizing our services to your job site, no matter what size. Our licensed and bonded crews have a reputation for being efficient, innovative, and friendly.
We have excellent working relationships with many of
the largest contractors in the state, including Nuprecon/Re Nu, Sellen
Construction, Schultz-Miller, Kitchens Plus, and many others.
The RE Store crews have removed tons of materials from thousands of job
sites. Our crews have worked in over 100 public school remodel projects,
high rise office buildings, the Kingdome, 4 different military
bases, countless residential remodels, and even movie sets.
The RE Store specializes in whole-building "deconstruction," which in many cases is more economical than regular demolition
and allows us to reuse and recycle 50- 75% of most structures. Our crews have deconstructed everything from a 10,000 square foot office building to 4,000 square
foot homes, carports and sheds.
The client pays for our deconstruction service and then receives a
tax receipt for the donation of the reusable materials. Clients find that the
tax benefits go a long way towards compensating them for the costs of
deconstruction and disposal.
