no thank youThe RE Store must be selective in accepting donations. It is easier to tell you what we DON'T accept so please refer to the following. We are currently NOT accepting the following. These items do not have a resale value in our stores, or are items that we are overstocked with:

The RE Store makes a daily effort to accept as much reusable building materials as possible. We are limited by available storage space, customer demand, and the hazards posed by certain materials.

This list is subject to revisions and exceptions at any time.

The RE Store in Bellingham is currently NOT accepting the following:

* Appliances, unless okayed by our Field Services

* Open Bags of cement, mortar, drywall mud, etc.

* Bathtubs with worn, chipped, or stained finish. Dated colors like yellow or brown     (not including clawfoot - bring us almost any clawfoot tub and we will take it)

* Electric Baseboard Heaters (Seasonal)

* Mini-blinds

* Used Carpet

* Ceiling Fans

* Commercial Ducting and Vent Covers

* Commercial Flashing

* Commercial 200 Volt Electric

* Commercial Shelving with parts missing.

* Commercial doors, especially with vents or 1/4 window.
Some exceptions are made for high quality commercial doors.

* Counter Tops with "L" shapes, cutouts, or dated colors.

* Doors that are damaged.

* Room Dividers with parts missing.

* Fireplace Doors.

* Fluorescent Light Bulbs.

* Loose Glass.

* Lumber/Trim/Molding/Wood that is;
Nailed, Treated Wood prior to January 2004 (CCA treated),
Rotten or Shorter than 4'.

* Sinks that are: porcelain wall hung, cultured marble (a plastic product).

* Shower Doors, except high end or like-new condition with all parts.

* Tile with heavy grout.Moratorium item 2 - No thanks!

* Upholstered furniture: couches, love seats, easy chairs, ottomans - We do accept tables, hardbacked chairs, stools, etc.

* Windows that are; single paned aluminum, single paned wood, larger than 4'x4', thermal paned without a frame, very dirty, or incomplete double-hung frame.

* Wood Burning Equipment, unless antique or highly styled.
