The RE Store is currently not accepting the following as they do not have a resale value, or are items we are overstocked with:

* Appliances older than five years - furnaces and water heaters, dishwashers, washer/dryer 

* Open Bags of cement, mortar, drywall mud, etc.

* Bathtubs (not including clawfoot) with worn, chipped, or stained finish.
    Dated colors like yellow or brown

* Electric Baseboard Heaters (Seasonal)

* Mini-blinds

* Used Carpet

* Ceiling Fans

* Commercial Ducting and Vent Covers

* Commercial Flashing

* Commercial 200 Volt Electric

* Commercial Shelving with parts missing.

* Commercial Bath Fixtures like towel dispensers, Kotex dispensers, etc.

* Commercial doors, especially with vents or 1/4 window.
    Some exceptions are made for nice commercial doors.

* Counter Tops with "L" shapes, cutouts, or dated colors.

* Doors that are damaged.

* Room Dividers with parts missing.

* Fireplace Doors.

* Fluorescent Light Bulbs.

* Loose Glass.

* Lumber/Trim/Molding/Wood that is;
   Nailed, Treated Wood prior to January 2004 (CCA treated),
   Rotten or Shorter than 4'.

* Sinks that are: porcelain wall hung, cultured marble (a plastic product), or dated color such as brown, orange, harvest gold, etc.

* Shower Doors, except high end or brand new condition with all parts.

We accept items from homeowners,
contractors, and businesses.

If you are finishing a remodel project or cleaning out the garage,
don't pay money to dump useable building materials or let them rot in the backyard! 

Drop-offs are accepted at each store from
9-5 Mon-Sat and 10-4 on Sundays.

Drop-offs are not accepted during the last hour of each day due to staffing.

Both RE Stores are open 7 days a week
Monday through Saturday 9 A.M. - 6 P.M.
Sundays 10 A.M. - 5 P.M.

Trade Credits and Tax-Decuctible Donations

Depending on the materials that you bring in or have picked up, you may be eligible for:

• In-Store Trade Credit - for 25 percent of what we sell the item for. 
  Example: We give you 10 dollars trade credit for a door that we sell for 40 dollars.
• Tax receipt-- you honestly determine the value of your donation to our
  non-profit organization. Please consult a tax expert regarding tax deductions.

*Please note that if our Pick-Up Service comes to your location, the trade credit value will assessed at 15 percent of the RE Store sales value.  Tax receipt donations are still determined by you if we come and pick up your items.
